At the very end of his year as President of The Rotary Club of Thunder Bay (Port Arthur), President Legge presented the "Rotary-of-the-Year" award to Four Rotarians for their commitment and dedication to the work they have done with the Field of Green Project. While these Rotarians have spent a lot of time with this project, they are active members in the club and work on various projects.
