Pres. D. Silliman lost his notes in the mad scramble at the podium and so had to wing it for the rest of the meeting following the guest speaker and parade awards.  He had a lengthy reflective moment which was combined with the welcome and took note of the celebration of Hanukka and a recognition of Pearl Harbour Day as well as commenting on Bassie Kargbo’s visit to Sierra Leone.
